Terms · October 2, 2026

The books are yours. The filing is not ours.

These terms cover use of SplitBooks, published by SFinder Incorporated. A CPA still signs the return.

The product

SplitBooks keeps separate books for each company on a login. It stores transactions, invoices, receipts, and mileage, and it can show bank lines for you to accept. Flags are reminders. They are not a filed tax position, a legal opinion, or a guarantee that a deduction is allowed.

Your account

You need an email you can read. You are responsible for what you post and for assigning a drive or a bank line to the right company. Personal charges should stay off the company books.

Plans

Starter is $15 a month, Pro is $39, Multi is $69. A new paid plan starts with 7 days free. Cancel in that week and the card is not charged. After the first charge, you can request a refund within 7 days. After that, cancel stops the next renewal. Prices can change for a later term. We will say so before the next charge.

Card payments are taken by Stripe. While the dashboard is in test mode, a test card is not a real subscription.

Bank connection

Connecting a bank authorizes Plaid to supply transactions for the account you pick. SplitBooks does not move money and does not store the bank password. You choose which lines go on the books.

Stopping and deleting

You can cancel a plan on the pricing page or under Plan in the ledger. To delete the login and the books, email sales@sfinder.ai from the account email. We delete the stored account, companies, and bank connection.

Limits

The service is provided as it runs. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular tax result. SFinder Incorporated is not liable for a filing position you take without your own CPA. Texas law governs these terms, except where Apple’s store terms cover the iPhone download.
